Let the Spirits Move You to a Timeless Holiday Tale: A Christmas Carol.
Back by popular demand, Carolina Children’s Theatre is producing this holiday classic Charles Dickens story
adapted by Craig Sodaro and music by Scott Keys.
This production requires an audition in order to be cast in the show.
Reserve an audition time by registering through the HSCC. These spaces are limited, so get an audition time by registering on Aug 1st.
You will be given an audition time and a character breakdown for the show by the end of August. See below for audition and callback dates and times.
Everyone will be asked to prepare a one-minute monologue or poem along with a song.
Once you are cast, you will be sent a registration code for the show, a date to pick up scripts and music and then you are on your way to work with an amazing team of designers and directors!
All cast and crew members receive a show t-shirt and poster along with 2 comp tickets for any show.
Parent volunteers are requested and vital to the success of the production! A mandatory parent meeting will take place on Mon Sept 19 @ 6pm where all the excitement begins.

Audition time slots open Aug 1 through Hurrahs registration
Casting Registration fee $360 resident and $540 non-resident - due upon casting.
Production fee $90 due upon Meet & Greet on September 30.
(This fee helps to cover costumes, sets, scripts, props and supplies for the show.)
All Cast Members MUST be off-book (lines memorized and familiar with music) by the first day of rehearsal, Saturday October 1st.
