A Christmas Carol
This is a full, exciting musical production of Charles Dickens' original classic tale and needs a cast of many characters --
both singing and non-singing.
Experience is always a plus, but not necessary and children of all ages 6-18 are encouraged to audition.
(Your child must register in order to audition.)
Prepare a short, 1-minute monologue and song for auditions.
*We are especially looking for middle and high school children for the more advanced roles.

WORLD OF THE STORY
The classic Charles Dickens tale comes to life in the Carolina Children's Theatre musical production of A Christmas Carol.
Along with the hard-hearted Scrooge, the Christmas Spirits, the Crachit Family and the beloved Tiny Tim, there are many dance, speaking and singing roles for this cast of carolers, goblins and guests as well as two storytellers, Mrs. Candlewick and Mrs. Peartree.
Experience is always a plus, but not necessary and all children ages 6-18 are encouraged to audition.
It is highly suggested that you attend the information session held on Saturday morning 10am on September 16th at
the Cultural Center for all parents and children interested and/or registered for this production class.
Parent involvement is needed and encouraged!
********************************************************************
Carolina Children’s Theatre is a global children’s theatre right here at home.
Offering drama classes, summer camps and performances, A Christmas Carol is CCT’s third Main Stage production at the Holly Springs Cultural Center following
The Snow Queen and The Elves and the Shoemaker.
We hope you will join us in our mission to bring classic children’s stories and tales from around the world
to our home here in North Carolina.
